The Internet!
Our Internet went down at work today for about 3 hours. According to the text alert we got, there was a massive server malfunction. The IT Director equated it to turning on your computer and not having an operating system. While I consider myself a fairly resourceful person who keeps a list of non-Internet things to do, I did have a hard time working during that time period. I lost Internet during class tonight as well. I must need to tell the Internet how much I love and appreciate it because it's just not had a good day today. Internet, you've come a long way from your humble origins via Al Gore (okay, I know, but I couldn't help it) to your prevalence today, and I'm very thankful for you. Now, please don't crash again at work until May when I have a month off school and won't panic because I can't do homework during lunch...
